11 Minutes of Bliss
NTSF SD SUV is a perfect parody of the formulaic and often idiotic crime dramas that frequent network television. The show features a solid mix of characters, with Paul Scheer leading the way as the moronic, hilarious, one-liner spewing Trent Hauser.
The second season does improve on the first, with better gags and plot lines, my personal favorite being a Tron parody that involves highly sophisticated 8-bit video game racing.
The jokes are sharp, the parody is perfect, and if you enjoy similar short-format shows (Children's Hospital, Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job!), you'll love NTSF SD SUV Season 2.
its about time
crime tv shows have some of the worst acting and stupid chracters that can be imagined, to help people to not take the whole murder and death thing too serious, it's refreshing to see shows like this that Lampoon the hell out of them all. O yea the corky goth girl on CSI or NCSI or the miami or los angeles or the New York one... yea her! Whatever she SUCKS!!
