Epic Battle
Morimoto is my favorite Iron Chef. I have gone to his restaurant many, many times.
Recently, I got the pleasure though of meeting Iron Chef Marc Forgione in Atlantic City, where he has his new restaurant. He is a very nice person! He cooked steak and gave a lesson to those who visited his steakhouse for an event. During the event, he mentioned that his personal favorite battle in Kitchen Stadium was this one. It is a battle between the best iron chefs. The ingredient is pig with use of grill.
This episode is interesting because you can see two very different approaches to cooking the pig. The inventiveness of both iron chefs is very amazing. I think from watching this episode you will be entertained but also may learn new techniques. After this episode, I plan on looking up ways to make bacon ice cream.
My son loves to watch
Our family enjoys sitting down and watching the Chefs battle. My son loves mimicking the Chairman, and hearing the secret ingredient.
